
Guoyu Wang

Professor, School of Philosophy, Fudan University
Wang Guoyu is a Professor at the School of Philosophy, Fudan University, and Director of the CAST–FDU Institute of Technology Ethics for Human Future. She is a Distinguished Professor under the Ministry of Education's Changjiang Scholars Program, a recipient of the Baosteel Outstanding Teacher Award, and receives the State Council Special Government Allowance. She was elected to the Academic Advisory Committee of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in 2024. She also serves as Chair of the National Steering Committee for Professional Degree Graduate Education in Applied Ethics, a member of the Medical Ethics Subcommittee of the National Ethics Committee, and a member of the Shanghai Expert Committee on AI Ethics and Governance. She was also selected as one of the “Best Teachers in My Eyes” by Fudan University undergraduate graduates in 2024.
